The project has been developped on a fantastic ground, very near to Naama Bay  but in an area that guarantees silence and relax to a construction in the green, which will create a magic atmosphere. The realisation consists of: 3 similar buildings that are called Michelangelo, Raffaello and Leonardo. The first two are entirely already built up and can be visited, the third building "Leonardo" is under construction and will be ended on 15/03/2008.
All the plans and designs are realized by Italian Architect and the whole construction is daily supervisioned by Italian foremen.
Each building has got 15 flats, 55 commercial SQM each and 6,5 SQM veranda, terrace, it depends on the floor (groundfloor or firstfloor)  besides a green area and a swimming-pool.
All 3 projects have the following amenities:
-24 h security
-parking places,
-gardeners and cleaners for the general cleaning of the area in common.
-internet  and ADSL wireless

Each flat has been finished with deluxe materials, air-conditioning (cold/hot), Satellite (hotbird e nile SAt and telephone connection.
